• Office is located on the north side of the building facing the Clearfield City buildings.

• Take exit 335 for 650 N in Clearfield
• Turn right onto 650 N and immediately get into left turn lane.
• Turn left onto Main Street/State Street
• After 0.9 miles destination will be on your left 
• Office is located on the north side of the building facing the Clearfield City buildings.
