What is a prenatal massage? - A prenatal massage is a therapeutic session designed specifically for the unique needs of pregnancy. It focuses on relieving pain, reducing stress, and enhancing overall comfort.

𖥸 Is prenatal massage safe? -Yes—when performed by a trained prenatal therapist. We use safe techniques and positioning tailored to each stage of pregnancy. Always consult your healthcare provider if you have medical concerns.

𖥸 How do I lie during a prenatal massage? - We have a couple of different options. You can either be positioned comfortably on your side or on your stomach and back using specialized bolsters to support your body. This ensures safety and allows you to fully relax without pressure on your belly.

𖥸 Can prenatal massage help with back and hip pain? - Absolutely. Prenatal massage is well-known for relieving lower back pain, hip discomfort, sciatica, and muscle tension caused by pregnancy.

𖥸 What other symptoms can prenatal massage help with? - Massage can help reduce swelling, improve circulation, ease headaches, reduce stress, and promote better sleep.

𖥸 Is deep pressure safe during pregnancy? - Moderate pressure is usually safe, but very deep pressure in certain areas should be avoided. Your therapist will adjust based on your comfort and safety guidelines.

𖥸 What should I wear or bring? - Just come in comfortable clothing. You’ll undress to your comfort level and be fully draped during the session. No special preparation is needed.

𖥸 Can prenatal massage induce labor? - Proper prenatal massage does not induce labor. However, certain pressure points are avoided to ensure safety.

𖥸  What if I have a high-risk pregnancy? - Prenatal massage may still be possible, but you should get approval from your healthcare provider. Please inform us of any complications so your therapist can adjust the session.

𖥸 Can I get a massage close to my due date? - Yes! Many clients receive prenatal massages well into the third trimester. It can help ease discomfort, reduce anxiety, and support better sleep.
